Apprentices (m/f/d) at Dynapac...
you go through following departments:
- Workshop in the customer center
- Production with different assembly areas
- Skip construction
- Prototype construction
- Final inspection of road construction machines
- Warehouse
- Administration in the customer center
The vocational school lessons take place in the block model at the BBS Ammerland in Bad Zwischenahn. In addition, your knowledge will be deepened through regular training in Bau-ABC Rostrup during your 3.5-year apprenticeship

Your perspectives
If you complete your training well, you will usually receive a contract of employment for at least 6 months.Once you have found your initial path with us, Dynapac as an international company offers you numerous qualification and further training opportunities.
Support us in production and go through various departments that you have already gotten to know during your training. Or become a service technician and help our customers to get a machine up and running again in an emergency. Also, further training to achieve the industrial master in mechatronics or even an occupation-accompanying study in the technical range, would open all doors for your career. You would have the opportunity to work in production-related departments such as work preparation or spare parts sales, or even to head your own department as a future master craftsman.
