Trainee

In your induction phase as a trainee (m/f/d) you will get to know your colleagues, customers and suppliers. You will take on exciting and challenging tasks in your respective areas of responsibility such as international purchasing, aftermarket, marketing, work preparation and quality management. During your work as a trainee you will be supported by your colleagues in the creation and implementation of targeted measures and will be assigned mentors for your personal and professional development. After the two-year trainee program, you will be optimally prepared for a deeper entry into the technical field.
As a Trainee (m/w/d)…
- you will have the opportunity to prove your skills in an internationally operating company.

- you must have completed a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
- you must have a very good technical understanding (electrics, hydraulics, mechanics).
- you will be able to analyze very complex and demanding tasks and solve them with a structured approach.
- you should have a good to very good commercial understanding.
- you should have good to very good knowledge of English.
- a customer-oriented work attitude is very important.
- you are willing to travel worldwide.
